Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring performance and compliance, and organize Demand Creation strategies and tasks
- Working closely with the Regional Technical Director to assist in the management of Demand Creation
- Develop effective account plans and opportunity plans for top accounts
- Develop weekly visiting plans to the Advanced Engineers, ensure customers are being visited and penetrated; and setting up clear goals for what needs to be achieved at each visit
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering; Familiar with system-solution applications
- Displays good commercial awareness and understanding of the business impact on how designs affect customers’ profitability
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Be familiar with data analysis and report generation
- Willing to grasp new technologies
- Team player who is result-orientated
- Fluent in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
