Responsibilities:
- Supervise various activities relating to general procurement and office administration (e.g. procurement & supplies, maintenance & repair, insurance, fixed asset management, etc)
- Review and update office administration procedures and operating manuals
- Arrange tender for major procurement
- Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in business or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years relevant working experience in which 4 years at supervisory level
- All round experience in international or sizable company will be an advantage
- Familiar in general procurement, facilities management, office system enhancement and office renovations
