Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall system architecture design, system integration and implementation strategies of distributed systems of the company
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of technical design alternatives by guiding the development team in overall application design activities
- Development of an excellent technical understanding of architectures and component technologies that may be utilized or further developed to form a strategic solution for the company
- Technical strategic planning in line with commercial and marketing goals to achieve a sustainable, competitive market solution
- Provide technology leadership and mentoring to technical team
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 9+ years’ experience in software industry and at least 4 years on distributed system architecture infrastructure;
- Familiar with distributed system technology including SOA, J2EE and XML is a must;
- Strong database design and development experience, such as Oracle and MySQL
- Thorough understanding of the security and performance implications associated with web technologies
- Solid communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Experienced in online and computer gaming industry would be a definite advantage
