Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of 2 to 3 staff to fully responsible for all sort of carrier and inter-company billing activities
- Proactively hold internal meetings to review billing matters and issues
- Enforce follow up procedures to ensure bills are produced at agreed timeframe
- Provide detailed billing information and prepare client detailed billing schedules
- Promote the use of the team and provide billing-related support when required
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline
- Proven experience in bills operations with minimum 5 years at the supervisory level and not less than 3 years hands-on experience in bill issuance, preferably in IT/Telco MNC or professional service industry
- Proficiency in computer applications and solid MS Excel & Visio skills
- Experience in collecting user requirements for billing-related system changes is advantageous
- Experience in SOX is a definite advantage
- Customer-orientated
- Strong dedication, ability to cope with changing priorities and willing to be hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with fluent English and Mandarin (is a must)
