Responsibilities:
- Identify corporate training needs and to formulate and implement corporate training strategy in line with business objectives
- Implement training programs or learning solutions to address training and development needs identified from skills development roadmaps
- Evaluate, review and revamp the training programs to enhance the competency of staff
- Drive programs to reinforce the Group’s value and culture
- Develop and review policies, guidelines and procedures related to training and development
- Manage and control training expenditure and budgets
- Participates ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business studies / human resources management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years relevant training experience in which at least 3 years managerial / consultancy experience
- Hands on experience in formulating standards, developing and delivering training and development programs
- Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing is a MUST
- Able to work under pressure & work independently
- Good command in both spoken Chinese & English; Putonghua is a MUST
- Mature, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently and meet tight deadline
- Immediate available is preferred
