Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate relevant emerging technologies in the sound / acoustic industries
- Communicate with customers and transform their requirements into acoustic design options
- Support product road map build-up and feasibility studies for new projects
- Build-up and maintain ear-phone material data base
- Technical support for the customer and internal engineering teams
- Product evaluations, prepare reports and technical documents
Requirements:
- Degree in Acoustic Engineering (preferred), Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- At least 6 years experience in acoustic engineering field or related
- Deep knowledge of loudspeaker design for headset and portable speaker products
- Experience of microphone enclosure design and boom microphone for headset
- Experience in operating acoustic measurements and related systems (SoundCheck, B&K Pulse)
- Experience in developing Bluetooth headset or noise cancellation headphone is highly considerate
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
