Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and promotional programs
- Develop and launch above the line and below the line marketing plans to achieve sales target
- Developing, promoting and managing new and existing product sales promotion and forecasts
- Coordinate and follow up marketing and public relations activities
- Liaise in marketing promotion, advertising, visusal marketing, product theme and press release
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target as well as to
- Co-ordinate with store management on sales operations and activities including stock control
- Handle data maintenance for the POS system and ensure data integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations
- 5-10 years experience in retail sales management industry for beauty / Cosmetic
- Good experience in supervising front line sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and independent
- Familiar with PC including words, excel, powerpoint,photoshop,Illustration
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience may be consider as Assistant sales and marketing manager
