  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • liaises with different departments to resolve customer complaints satisfactorily
  • Follow up Reports
  • Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
  • Handling other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.




  • Form 5 or above, Chinese language and English(Syl.B) passed in CE is an advantage
  • at least 1 year stable working experience is a must,
  • Fluent speaking in Cantonese and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Stable,customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing and able to learn
  • Immediately available preferred
