Application Support Manager

  • Act as the primary contact for all application support issues assigned to the team;
  • Lead a team of maintenance support developers in Shenzhen to work on urgent bug fixes and maintenance requests;
  • Cover 2nd and 3rd team support duties;
  • Undertake appropriate levels of unit testing and assist with live implementation;
  • Coaching, motivating and development of the application support team.





  • A degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience;
  • Extensive working knowledge with J2EE and Web Service, with a working knowledge of persistence and performance issues;
  • Proven expertise in Core Java, Java EE framework, Oracle,Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services and JSP;
  • Capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority;
  • Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skill;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines;
  • Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus;
  • Frequent travelling to Shenzhen is required;
  • Immediate available is preferable.
