  • Responsible for managing boutique staff, daily operation, training, coaching, daily briefings
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store
  • Participating in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Handling customer problems or complaints




  • Minimum 2-year solid experience at luxury retail management, less experience will be considered as Boutique Manager
  • Good presentation with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good leadership with excellent customer services skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
