Responsibilities:
- Manage all retail operational matters, includes store openings, closings, relocation, and housekeeping of the store
- Overseeing & managing the store operations to ensure efficient operation
- To ensure sales performance to meet the company target
- Monitor budgets, shops maintaining and visual merchandising standards in line with company's guideline
- Ensure corporate guidelines and procedures for shop operation are delivered
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with at least 6 years' experience in store operations, with 3 years in managerial level
- Luxury retail experience is definitely an advantage
- Sensible, target-oriented, good business acumen, with sound understanding in luxury industry
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
